I have discovered over the years that the quickest path to success in reaching a fitness goal is having a clear and accessible plan.  Whether it is at the gym or at home, having a game plan provides confidence and clarity in where you are headed!
The ’52 Fit Club 4 Week Program includes:
  • Personalized calculations (and explanation) of your Macronutrient requirements (daily caloric intake, carbs, fats, protein) in relation to your fitness goals (fat loss, muscle gains etc.)

  • Weekly Online Check-ins via email (in order to make any necessary adjustments)

One of my main objectives throughout all my programs is that fitness remains accessible and affordable.
